In her position as director of digital media, she helps projects run smoothly by making sure everyone involved understands the goals and that the execution is on track. She obsesses over the details so our clients don’t have to. Her work ethic stems from growing up on a busy family dairy farm and creamery business. Along the road to becoming a great marketer, Molly picked up skills by targeting patrons of the arts for a large performing arts center.

As a marketing and media strategist, she’s adept at organizing communications programs, brand strategy projects and media campaigns while providing the day-to-day support that makes client partnerships productive. She keeps her big-picture perspective while minding the minutia—and not letting accolades go to her head. Kate’s special expertise includes digital and social media marketing and she is particularly skilled in the areas of healthcare and higher education.
