Position summary

As a Digital Media Manager, you'll work alongside exceptional professionals to develop and execute comprehensive paid digital media campaigns across multiple channels including search, social media, programmatic display and streaming platforms. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management, where you'll analyze performance data and drive measurable results for top-tier clients. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of digital media management experience who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings, bringing strong communication skills and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Education and skills required

  • 3+ years of experience in managing digital media campaigns, media planning and buying
  • Knowledge of common paid media platforms, tools and related terminology 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; agency experience a plus 
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills with great attention to detail 
  • Creative problem-solver who is curious and a critical thinker
  • Effective time management skills
  • Collaborative, responsive, supportive, agile and efficient
  • Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills and strong presenter
  • Actively engaged in media and culture

Key accountabilities

  • Build and manage paid digital marketing campaigns within various ad platforms, such as:
    • Google/Bing Ads
    • Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
    • Self-service DSPs (Basis, StackAdapt, etc.)
    • Streaming audio and video services
  • Assist in developing strategic media plans to meet client goals and objectives with an understanding of both traditional and digital channels
  • Project digital results using planning tools to support campaign KPIs
  • Confirm tracking strategies are in place to effectively measure and report on campaign KPIs
  • Create and manage live client reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure media plan execution is consistent with overall marketing and communication objectives
  • Effectively manage campaigns to ensure advertising is delivered as planned and on budget
  • Monitor campaign performance against established marketing goals and metrics
  • Track paid media expenses with accuracy weekly to ensure campaigns are pacing and spending to budget as planned
    • Well-rounded knowledge of campaign metrics and analytics tools
  • Generate monthly and campaign summary reports that include campaign data and analysis of campaign performance
  • Provide insightful observations and key learnings supported with data
  • Present analysis and results to agency and client teams with confidence and credibility
  • Respond to emails and communications in a timely manner
