Account Coordinator

The account coordinator will have experience and/or education in marketing, digital marketing, campaign execution, project management and teamwork.

The ideal candidate would have 

  • Experience in a marketing-related position or internship, or experience managing projects
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to serve as a team member in strategy, planning, brainstorming and campaign development
  • Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective personal and time management skills

This position's responsibilities 

  • Manage systems and processes for effective project management to meet client requirements and deadlines
  • Serve as main point of contact between the agency and client
  • Manage systems and processes for effective project management
    • Assist in developing project briefs and communicate project tasks and deliverables to agency team
    • Create assignments in project management software
    • Develop project timelines and monitor schedules
    • Prepare meeting agendas, status reports and conference reports
    • Provide clear and concise communications to clients and agency team members
  • Assist in executing communication strategies and plans with agency and client teams
  • Create estimates and proposals for clients, with assistance from account manager/account supervisor
  • Monitor project budgets
