Web Project Manager

Vendi is adding to its growing account management team. The new web project manager will have experience and/or education in project management, website/application development and building strong client relationships. 

We require

  • 3+ years of experience in managing web and/or application development projects
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Familiarity with common website and application development processes, tools and related terminology (WordPress and Drupal experience desired)
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills with great attention to detail
  • Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective personal and time management skills
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study; agency experience a plus

 

Job description

  • Manage systems and processes for effective project management to meet client deadlines
  • Create project briefs and communicate project tasks and deliverables to agency team
  • Create assignments and to-dos in project management software
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and monitoring schedule
  • Work with client and agency team to proactively identify potential project risks and develop plans to mitigate and/or avoid any issues or delays
  • Prepare meeting agendas, status reports and conference reports
  • Lead weekly project team meetings to review progress
  • Ensure all project deliverables and scope requirements are met 
  • Work with agency team to develop supporting project documentation
  • Create estimates and proposals for clients
  • Monitor project budgets
